This Privacy Policy applies to the public app Futoo Product Collect (App Store listing name: Futoo商品采集) (the “App”), operated by Fatkun / Futoo (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The App helps merchants source product listings (titles, variants, prices, images, and descriptions) and publish or update those listings on an online store the merchant authorizes.
This page covers only the App and the Fatkun / Futoo web services used to install, authorize, and operate that App. It does not replace the separate privacy policies for the Fatkun / Futoo browser extensions or other Fatkun products.
When you install the App from the App Store or connect a store from the Fatkun website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

When you install or re-authorize the App, the platform provides an offline Admin API access token. We store:

If you use optional Fatkun AI listing tools (translation, image processing, listing generation) on content you submit, that content is processed only to complete the action you started.
Our servers may record standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error diagnostics) to operate, secure, and debug the App. We do not use these logs to profile store customers.
The App is a merchant catalog / publishing tool. We do not request scopes for customers, orders, drafts, checkouts, or payment instruments. We do not store:

If you are a California resident merchant, you may request disclosure or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing fatkunimage@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information.
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies to you), you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you as the merchant.
We respond to verified requests within 30 days (or sooner if a shorter period is required by law or by the platform’s webhook deadlines).
The App is a B2B merchant tool. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where GDPR applies, we process data to perform the contract of providing the App, to comply with legal and platform obligations, and (for security logs) on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
Our servers may be located outside your country. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. The “Last updated” date will change. The current version will remain at the public URL below. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect for new installations.
